I launched Intrinsic Lead to revitalize organizations and their millennial leaders, helping them beat burnout, build sustainable teams, and fuel transformative change. With a Master's in Organizational Leadership and over a decade of experience in the corporate world, I've built and led teams, adapted organizational systems, and managed executive-level programs. I've supported Members of Congress and a renowned philanthropic leader, and developed wellness, equity, and learning programs across various sectors.
As a Board Member of the International Coaching Federation's local chapter, Certified Professional Coach, and Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner, I believe leadership is intrinsic to each of us, a superpower waiting to be unleashed.
